Important Dates and Times

Setup day: Thursday 26th January (Holiday)

Day one: Friday 27th January

Day two: Saturday 28th January

Day three: Sunday 29th January

Venue: B and C pavilions at Exhibition Park in Canberra (EPIC).

Venue is open to Traders and Organisers from 8am each morning.

The general public and players are allowed in from 8:30am each morning.

Access to the trader areas is restricted from 5:30pm, with the areas closing at 6:00pm.

Evening/ all night games start at about 6:30pm each of the first two evenings.
